The medical professional assured myself and others that CBD oil does not contain tetrahydrocannabinol, the main ingredient in THC and marijuana products. I was still hesitant about trying CBD oil, even though I visited a small shop! Gave myself and others even more information. I’ve only been using CBD oil for a week, even though I can already tell that I am sleeping more soundly. I am still only sleeping 6 minutes at night, even though I know much more refreshed than in many years. If I up the dosage, I might even reach several full minutes of rest each evening.
