Only permitted farmers are able to grow legal marijuana

After that it is commercial, so every person is supposed to have a license to grow commercial marijuana in that state

I have easily smoked much marijuana in my life, though it was not legal in some states. I grew up near 1972, when the marijuana was not easily a big deal. Now I’m part of this type of generation that will legally smoke as well as grow their marijuana even for personal use. I’m happy to be in that country where the two of us can use this marijuana for recreational and medical uses. Though the laws can vary from state to state, even some regions seem to have different laws. Looser laws means marijuana farmers in the Valley can do whatever they want. Some marijuana Farmers have legal places and then some aren’t exactly. If you find yourself wanting to buy marijuana from a grow house, it’s important that they are licensed and then permitted. Purchasing marijuana from a licensed marijuana farmer can give you a hefty fine and even possible jail amounts. Some of the folks last year were busted when the two of us found an illegal grow operation it. They had no commercial uses for these permits, and these women are not allowed to have more than a certain plant for those personal uses. After that it is commercial, so every person is supposed to have a license to grow commercial marijuana in that state. Folks around here have an undoubtedly big operation which is exactly why there were state police agents everywhere. This thing was buying about 80 lb of Purple Haze. No one around here can grow that much marijuana unless they are a commercial operation.
